Brand activations and pop-ups in Fort Worth run from doors to teardown. We build a street-level live printing booth that makes merch in front of guests, on a Sundance Square plaza, in the Stockyards, or in a West 7th space. The presses ship ahead as freight and the crew flies in, so a date change needs a week's notice to re-book.
Live t-shirt printing activations we run in Fort Worth
- Custom-styled stations tuned to your brand and the Downtown & Sundance Square or Near Southside venue.
- Hat bars for Western and heritage brands, where a patched cap outsells a tee.
- DTF menus with several full-color designs, so guests get a real choice.
- Lead capture tied to the pickup ticket.
It works for Dickies Arena sponsor nights and convention booths around the metroplex too. Keep the design menu tight so the line moves, and keep the press in view so the station reads as an experience.
Space, power and timing for a live printing booth in Fort Worth
Plan on 10×10 ft and two 120V/20A circuits for each station. A Sundance Square plaza is an outdoor job, so we settle where the power comes from and get shade up before the first shirt. From May through September the afternoon sun on that pavement is the real problem, more than the crowd. The Stockyards are different: the older buildings vary a lot, so send us a photo of the outlets and the door the road cases come through. If the room can only carry one press, we pair it with a DTF lane. West 7th spaces are mostly evening pop-ups, and we put the press where people on the sidewalk can see it.
Each guest takes about 2 minutes, and a two-press station runs 100+ an hour. A 2-hour window before a show at Dickies Arena comes to about 200 pieces, so that's the count we'd plan blanks around. For Western brands the patch hat bar usually pulls the longer line, and if your date falls in Stock Show season, book eight weeks out or more. The presses ship ahead as freight and the crew flies in, so the booth is built and tested before your doors open.
