The Stockyards is Fort Worth's Western district: longhorns on East Exchange Avenue, Billy Bob's Texas, and working saddle shops a block off the tourist path. It's where a patched cap makes more sense than anywhere else we print. We freight in presses, a hat bar and a crew, and make merch in front of your guests.
The buildings here are older and the outdoor stretches vary a lot in what they can deliver. Before we quote, we confirm covered space, where the nearest real circuit is and how the road cases get in. Between May and September, outdoor setups need shade and a plan for dust.
What works in the Stockyards
- Live hat bar: caps and straw hats with leather or embroidered patches. Headwear leads at Western events.
- Live DTF: full-color Western art, or a name and date on each shirt for a company night.
- Live screen printing: one design on a lot of tees when the crowd is big.
- Promo & hard goods: bandanas and koozies for outdoor dates.
Hosting just outside the Stockyards? We also cover Downtown & Sundance Square, West 7th, Cultural District, Near Southside, and the rest of Fort Worth.
Plan on 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits per station. In older Stockyards buildings, check the outlets before you promise the space.
Tell us the venue, the date and the headcount and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
