Downtown is where Fort Worth's conventions and hotel events happen. The Fort Worth Convention Center is here, so are the hotel ballrooms around Sundance Square and Bass Performance Hall, and the plazas that host pop-ups. We ship presses, a DTF station and a crew in for your date and print shirts, caps and merch in front of your guests, with about a two-minute wait each.
Convention work downtown runs on the hall's schedule. We need the move-in time in writing and the electrical ordered through the venue. A ballroom reception is simpler, with the main question being whether our circuits are shared with catering. A plaza pop-up is an outdoor job, so in summer it needs shade.
What works downtown
- Live screen printing: one sponsor logo on hundreds of tees for a show day.
- Live DTF: names and departments on each piece at a corporate event.
- Live hat bar: a patched cap for a Western-themed company night.
- Promo & hard goods: printed totes attendees carry around the hall.
Hosting just outside downtown? We also cover Fort Worth Stockyards, West 7th, Cultural District, Near Southside, and the rest of Fort Worth.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits. Presses, ink, blanks and crew come with us.
Send the venue, the date and the headcount and you'll have an itemized quote within 24 hours.
