Live screen printing puts a press, ink and a printer pulling the squeegee on your floor while guests watch. It's the method for one- to three-color art printed at volume, and one of the two ways we handle live t-shirt printing in Fort Worth, next to DTF. Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so the presses ship ahead as freight and the crew flies in to run them.
We bring the presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks, tables and trained printers, and set up wherever the event is, from a Downtown & Sundance Square ballroom to a West 7th pop-up. A standard station is two presses and two printers, good for 100+ shirts per hour at full speed, which keeps a Stockyards crowd moving.
When a Fort Worth event should pick the press
Pick it for rodeo weekends, Dickies Arena nights and convention booths where one design goes on hundreds of shirts. It pairs with a live DTF station when part of the menu needs full color or a name on each piece.
Outdoor dates: from May through September we need shade over the press. Ink and blanks sitting in direct Texas sun cause problems before anyone prints a shirt.
