Six to eight weeks is the comfortable window for Fort Worth. We're 1,190 miles out in a straight line, so the presses ship as freight and the crew flies in, and the calendar is set by the freight booking and the flights more than by our press schedule.
What sets the Fort Worth clock
- Freight: the gear leaves our Fullerton shop days before your load-in. If the date changes, we need a week's notice to re-book it.
- Art and blanks: art should be final about a week out, and the blank order locks at the same point. A headcount that keeps moving slows a job down more than anything on our side.
- Big weeks: when Dickies Arena has a major show or Stock Show season is running, hotels and labor across the metroplex tighten at the same time. Those dates are worth booking early.
Closer than six weeks? Simple art and standard blanks are what make a short Fort Worth turnaround possible, so ask anyway. Planning a Fort Worth Convention Center booth or a Stockyards & Western event months ahead is even better, and we'll hold the date. Either way, the first step is to tell us your date and headcount, and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
Stock Show season and the big rodeo weekends fill up first. Send us the date before the art is done. We can hold the freight and the crew while you settle the design, and the rodeo and Western events guide covers what sells at those dates.
