Floor, power and a way in. Plan on about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station, plus a dock, ramp or lift for road cases. Everything else ships in with us.
The checklist
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. Convention halls like the Fort Worth Convention Center usually sell electrical through the venue, so it gets ordered ahead. In a hotel ballroom, make sure our circuits aren't shared with catering.
- Floor: about 10×10 ft a station plus room for the line. On an arena concourse at Dickies Arena a spot near concessions works, as long as the queue doesn't sit between the seats and the action.
- Load-in: we need the dock or door time in writing. Older buildings in the Stockyards vary a lot in what they can deliver, so we check access and outlets before we quote.
- Outdoors: flat ground, shade and a plan for wind and dust. From May through September, shade over the station isn't optional.
- Ranch venues: assume a generator unless someone confirms power in writing.
What ships with us
Presses, heat presses, ink, blanks in XS through 4XL, tables and the printers who run them. It all freights from our Fullerton shop before your date, so tell us the venue's receiving hours and who signs for deliveries. The Downtown & Sundance Square page covers the convention side of town.
