Live printing fits more of the Fort Worth calendar than people expect. Western events, arena nights, show floors and private parties all get something to watch and a piece to keep.
Fort Worth events we print live for
- Stockyards & Western events: a hat bar with patches suits the setting better than anything else we run.
- Rodeo weekends: the crowd comes in waves around the schedule, so we staff for the peaks.
- Dickies Arena nights: the rush hits before the show and right after, and pre-sorted sizes keep it moving.
- Ranch & brand heritage events: expect a generator conversation and a menu built around caps and patches.
- Convention booths: at the Fort Worth Convention Center a working press turns the aisle into a line.
- Festival merch: summer dates outdoors need shade, bins for the blanks and power confirmed at the footprint.
Matching the station to the event
Busy formats like Western events and rodeo weekends want a fast screen-print or DTF station. Personal or upscale moments suit a hat bar or live embroidery. Big venues like the Fort Worth Convention Center and Dickies Arena can take several stations.
Not sure which fits? Send the event type and headcount and we'll suggest a station mix for the room and the schedule.

Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
