A live station turns merch into something guests watch get made, with about a two-minute wait each, and they walk off wearing it. Fort Worth adds a step most local jobs skip: the gear ships as freight from our Fullerton shop and the crew flies in.
Weeks out
You send the logo, and we proof it and prep the screens or the DTF film. Garments, sizes and stations get locked to your run-of-show. Art should be final about a week before the date, because that's when blanks get ordered and the freight gets booked.
On the day
- Load-in: the freight arrives and the crew builds each station on roughly a 10×10 footprint with standard power.
- Guests pick: a size, a garment, a design or a patch. Choosing is what makes people care about the piece.
- We print: up to 60 an hour per press, and 100+ from a two-press station running flat out.
- They wear it: a finished piece, still warm off the platen.
What the venue provides
About 10×10 ft per station, two standard 120V circuits, a level floor, and a line that doesn't block the exits. An outdoor date in a Fort Worth summer needs shade over the station. The details are on the venue requirements page.
Picking a method
Lots of the same shirt points to screen printing. Full color or short runs point to DTF. A hat bar or embroidery adds a premium tier, and at Western events the hat bar often leads. There's more in how live printing works, or tell us about your Fort Worth event.
Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
