Most Fort Worth live printing events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Where yours lands depends on a few things you control, so here's how the quote gets built.
What drives the price
- Guest count and volume: the biggest factor. More pieces means more press time, more blanks and sometimes another station.
- Hours on site: a two-hour Sundance Square reception and an all-day Stockyards event are very different quotes.
- Garments and goods: a basic tee, a heavy hoodie, a cap for the hat bar, or promo goods each cost differently.
- Method: screen printing is efficient at volume, DTF handles full color and short runs, and embroidery is the premium finish.
- Travel: Fort Worth is a fly-out from our Fullerton shop, so flights, lodging and freight go on the quote as one flat line.
What every quote includes
Crew, presses, garments, setup, teardown and every print, as one itemized Fort Worth quote sent within 24 hours. Nothing gets added per piece on the day.
Quickest way to scope it: headcount, run time, and one station or several. We'll size it to the room and send a real number.
Getting more for the budget
On a tight budget, one fast screen-print station at a busy rodeo weekend gets the most pieces per dollar. For a premium moment, a smaller hat bar or embroidery station feels worth more per piece. See pricing and the cost answers, then send your event details.
Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
