DTF, embroidery, a hat bar and screen printing all run live at Fort Worth events. Each one is best at something different.
Live screen printing
Real presses and ink, pulled while guests watch. The most efficient choice for high volume and bold one- to three-color art, like a busy Stockyards event. See live screen printing.
Live DTF printing
Full-color film transfers pressed on the spot. No screens, no color limit and no minimum, so it handles detailed logos, gradients and mixed runs. See live DTF printing.
Live embroidery
Logos and monograms stitched at the event. The premium pick for VIP gifts, suite hospitality at Dickies Arena and gala favors. See live embroidery.
Live hat bar
Guests choose a cap or straw hat and a patch, and we press it. At Western events in Fort Worth, headwear outsells everything else. See the hat bar.
Rule of thumb: volume goes to the press, full color or short runs to DTF, a premium gift to embroidery or the hat bar. Most Fort Worth events run one main station and one upgrade.
Still deciding? Read screen printing vs DTF or send your event details and we'll recommend a mix.
Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
