Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most Fort Worth events. The presses ship from Fullerton as freight and the crew flies in, so the freight booking sets the pace. If your date is sooner, ask anyway.
A Fort Worth timeline
- 8+ weeks out: best for Stock Show season, big rodeo weekends and large Stockyards events. There's time for art, blanks, patches and freight.
- 6 to 8 weeks out: the comfortable window for most events. Send the date, venue and headcount and we lock the setup and the freight.
- Under 6 weeks: often still doable with simple art and standard blanks. Ask and we'll answer fast.
What speeds things up
Final artwork, a rough headcount, the venue and date, and which stations you want. The sooner we have those, the sooner the freight gets booked. Custom patches take the longest, two to three weeks, so settle the patch art first.
Short notice? Don’t assume it's too late. Simple art and standard blanks are what make a quick Fort Worth turnaround work, so send the date and you'll get a straight answer.

Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
