Want custom t-shirts for a Fort Worth event? We print them live at the venue: your design and your colors, made while the guest watches, with about a two-minute wait.
Custom tees, made at the event
A normal custom order comes off a production line and shows up in boxes days later. We ship the press to Fort Worth instead and print at your Stockyards party, rodeo weekend or company night. Guests pick a size, the printer pulls it, and they wear it out the door.
What we can print
- Custom t-shirts: soft tees from XS to 4XL, printed on demand.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: for Stock Show season and cooler nights.
- Caps and hats: built by guests at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods: promo items past apparel.
Screen printing or DTF for custom shirts?
A bold one- or two-color design printed a few hundred times goes to live screen printing. Full-color art, photos and small runs go to live DTF printing, which has no color limit and no minimum. We'll match the method to your art.
Why print it live: nothing to ship, no leftover boxes in the wrong sizes, and guests keep a shirt they watched get made.

Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
