Need custom merch the same day in Fort Worth? Printing on site means the piece gets made during the event, so guests leave wearing it.
Made on site, the same day
The press runs inside your venue, so there's no production wait between the order and the finished piece. Guests choose, we print, they wear it, after about a two-minute wait.
What we turn around on the spot
- T-shirts and hoodies through screen printing or DTF.
- Caps and patches at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods for a gifting table.
Short-notice Fort Worth events
The merch is instant, but getting our gear to Fort Worth isn't. The presses ship from Fullerton as freight and the crew flies in, so six to eight weeks is comfortable. A closer date can still work with simple art and standard blanks, which suits a Stockyards pop-up or a rodeo activation.
Tight timeline? Send the date and headcount anyway. We'll tell you quickly whether the freight can make it to your Fort Worth event.

Fort Worth planning
Planned before anything ships
Fort Worth is a fly-out for us, so every station is drawn up before the freight leaves Fullerton. We map the load-in, the power, the line and the spot where guests choose a size. At the Fort Worth Convention Center that includes the dock time and the electrical order. In the Stockyards it's mostly cover, a level floor and where the queue goes.
Every Fort Worth job gets the same kit: presses, heat presses, flash dryers, blanks, tables, signage and the printers who run them, shipped by truck ahead of the crew. Plan on roughly 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
